Luci Sheehan
Vast experience getting results within the sales teams she has headed and for the clients she has served. Brings real world experience and practical solutions to her consulting practice.
President of Wendell Park Associates, St. Petersburg, FL. Significant experience creating market success, revitalizing established businesses, providing fundamental strategic leadership in management, sales and marketing operations. Recent work includes development of strategic plans and operating procedures for companies expanding their services to CPG companies. Speaking engagements include addresses to Japanese CPG companies on retail merchandising practices in the United States and entrepreneurship for women in CPG.
Began career at Procter & Gamble, spent eight years advancing through sales management positions to become the company's first female district manager. Moved to advertising and media sales at Whittle Communications, introducing "place-based" media college program.
Joined Neo, Inc., a CPG sales consultancy. Focused on organizational needs assessments, training and development, and strategic planning. Clients included Tropicana, Kayser-Roth, Kraft General Foods, Gillette and Van den Bergh Foods.
Returned to direct sales management by heading the grocery division of The Ferolie Group. Moved to Catalina Marketing as vp, sales launching SuperMarkets Online, the first secure solution to couponing via the Internet. Prior to forming Wendell Park Associates in 2002, Luci was Senior Vice President, Sales at Merchandising Corporation of America.
A graduate of Simmons College, has served as a trustee and is currently a member of the College's Corporation. Past Chair for the American Red Cross of Connecticut and is also a board member of the Network of Executive Women.
