Previously worked with Deloitte & Touche, responsible for initiatives that were instrumental in establishing the firm as one of the top places to work in the professional services industry.

Taught through Duke University's Fuqua School of Business; is visiting professor at Thunderbird School of International Management. Faculty at the Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies of Adelphi University (New York).
