Brings specific tools, proven methods and accelerated processes to support leaders in overcoming people's resistance to change. Coaches executives and their teams to achieve results and to support leadership development.
Has advised executives in such diverse industries as: manufacturing, consumer products, advanced technology, aerospace, utilities, travel information distribution, professional services, and pharmaceuticals. Previously worked with Deloitte & Touche, responsible for initiatives that were instrumental in establishing the firm as one of the top places to work in the professional services industry.
Taught through Duke University's Fuqua School of Business; is visiting professor at Thunderbird School of International Management. Faculty at the Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies of Adelphi University (New York).
