Nancy Swift brings a strong background in data analysis combined with a keen understanding of consumer behavior to the Hoyt & Company CPG workshops and consulting business. In consulting for over 40 CPG companies, Nancy has developed a reputation for turning data into knowledge and then into actionable strategies and tactics.

Nancy moved into consumer packaged goods as a researcher and data analyst for Glendinning Associates in 1989, working on projects for such clients as Bristol-Myers, General Mills, Evian and Ocean Spray.

After a succession of positions in both Glendinning and Ryan Management Group, Nancy's capabilities warranted the move from research & analysis to consulting in 1993. Since then, Nancy has consulted on projects in the CPG, consumer durables, software, health care and telecommunications industries.
