Don brings 30 years of Senior Sales, Marketing and Operations experience to Hoyt & Company Workshops.  Beginning his career at General Foods, Don moved on to become VP Sales of STP, VP Sales of Raymark Corporation, Senior VP of Marketing Specialists and President of Acctech, LLC.  

Truly a channel expert, Don's expertise spans not only Food, Drug and Mass but also includes Club, Dollar, Automotive and Office Supply.  Because Don has worked so closely in all these channels, he has the rare ability to understand both the big picture and all those devilish details that can make the difference between success and disappointing results.

Don's General Management experience shows in his ability to balance both revenue generation and operating efficiency.  He has significantly increased sales for his companies' products in existing channels, expanded product lines into new channels and brought entirely new categories to existing channels.  Additionally, Don has developed and marketed new products, identified the need for and developed Ethnic Marketing specialists, developed systematic and disciplined approaches to securing new business, and trained and motivated Marketing and Sales professionals.  On the operating efficiency side, Don has a stellar record in developing and instituting product management and key account concepts to improve P&L results and accountability while simultaneously increasing revenue.
