Mark Stevens

Mark Stevens has spent all his business life in the consumer packaged goods and beverage industries, first in brand management for General Mills and eventually as the President of the Haagen-Dazs Division of Pillsbury/Diageo. Mark built an industry-wide reputation early in his career as the architect of the highly successful introduction of Sunkist Orange Soda and then quickly followed this by developing both the marketing and sales strategies necessary to firmly establish Haagen-Dazs as the #1 super premium ice cream brand during his tenure as President of Haagen-Dazs in the 1980's.

Since leaving Haagen-Dazs, Mark has pursued a number of entrepreneurial initiatives, including the successful acquisition and sale of Romanoff Foods and currently the start-up of Licensing Management International - whose client list already includes Boeing, DuPont, Honeywell & Nestle.

Mark Stevens is one of this country's most successful brand marketers with a proven track record not only in new product introductions (Sunkist) but also in brand management and general management (Haagen-Dazs/Romanoff Foods).  When combined with Mark's experience in managing large corporations, his recent entrepreneurial initiatives enable Mark to provide CPG QuickStart & TradeSmart workshop participants with real-world insights and perspectives which come only from the trials and tribulations of having "been there, done that."
