A pioneer for women in sales in the consumer products industry, Luci Sheehan has spent over 25 years focusing on getting results within the sales teams she has headed and for the clients she has served as a consultant. Luci brings real world experience and practical solutions to her consulting practice.

Luci is President of Wendell Park Associates, based in St. Petersburg, FL. She brings significant experience in creating market success, revitalizing established businesses and providing fundamental strategic leadership in management, sales and marketing operations. Luci's recent work includes development of strategic plans and operating procedures for companies expanding their services to CPG companies. Her speaking engagements have included an address to Japanese CPG companies on retail merchandising practices in the United States and entrepreneurship for women in the CPG industry.

Luci began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she spent eight years advancing through sales management positions to become the company's first female district manager. She moved to advertising and media sales at Whittle Communications, where she directed their dynamic "place-based" media college program, introducing it to the consumer products industry.

In 1988, Luci joined Neo, Inc., an industry consultancy, that developed solutions for consumer products sales organizations. She focused on organizational needs assessments, training and development, and strategic planning. Her clients included Tropicana, Kayser-Roth, Kraft General Foods, Gillette and Van den Bergh Foods.

Luci returned to direct sales management experience and headed the grocery division of The Ferolie Group, a New York-based food broker. She moved to Catalina Marketing, where as Vice President, Sales she launched SuperMarkets Online, the first secure solution to couponing via the Internet. Prior to forming Wendell Park Associates in 2002, Luci was Senior Vice President, Sales at Merchandising Corporation of America.

A graduate of Simmons College in Boston, MA, Luci has served as a trustee and is currently a member of the College's Corporation. She is a past Chair for the American Red Cross of Connecticut and is also a board member of the Network of Executive Women.
